Hi, I just received the email from Vicky. After I asked him/her why I haven't receive any interest installment letter from developer, his/her answer was like:the stage 2(a) haven't complete. Estimated September 2013 only will issue the letter from developer. My unit is the court B-12.

And the entrance is confirmed level 2 for car park.

Block COURTS is higher price n higher std type than SOHO
YES there is a difference !!

Cannot compare n say the same .

Looking at the site condition, they are now concentrating at the SOHO side. The Courts area in doing foundation work only. The carpark area below the court not up yet.

been to their property gallery at sungai wang. According to the sales, 75% sold mainly left bigger units and some small units. No bad considering launch since Nov 2012 and the current property outlook not so good.

Would like to ask which bank offer the best?
Currently, I'm waiting call from bank as the agent ask me to wait..

Maybe we are neighnours. LOL

Can try Alliance bank.

My loan is with Alliance bank. They are end financier, easier to approve i guess.

Yeah, mine also Alliance bank. I think should get a better deal with Alliance bank because of bridge bank (end financier). icon_rolleyes.gif
