Hi, I just received the email from Vicky. After I asked him/her why I haven't receive any interest installment letter from developer, his/her answer was like:the stage 2(a) haven't complete. Estimated September 2013 only will issue the letter from developer. My unit is the court B-12.

And the entrance is confirmed level 2 for car park.

Hi, I'm just wondering when is the completion date for this the central residence project? I was told by the SA Mr. Ong that I can get my key on March of 2015. But recently I check through the progress of building, it is moving very slow. And the completion date become Dec 2015. And I haven't receive any letter to ask me for the first stage installment yet. Anyone has any ideas on what going on in the field there?

So u meant, SOHO completed, then residents move in while the Court and centrina still under progress of building... Is it possible? Not 3 blocks all completed only residents can move in meh?

I'm the court 12th floor owner. Just wanna ask any other court's buyer received letter from developer for the interest installment? I am curious that I already bought this unit since oct 2012, but haven't receive any progression letter from developer.
