The developer is so good to you. The work stage 2(a) is actually The work below ground level of the said Building comprising the said Parcel including foundation of the said Building.

All of the buyers are actually in this stage 2(a) because once the ground work is start ( By the way, the construction now is up to level 4 carpark), the developer will bill every buyer for the completion of the groundwork. Yuk Tung has already started bill me since way back Dec 2012.

You have easily save 4 months of interest!! I wonder why??

the concept is similiar as CR if i not mistaken. correct me if i wrong. Regarding the price, sure will higher than CR. Hear from the agent, 3 phase is focus on foreign investment at this moment.

Looking at its size, I think should be service apartment also. If like that, then 1 block is SOHO (Phase 1), 2 blocks are service apartment (Phase 2 and 3).

But couldn't find the pricing yet for Phase 3. Think not yet finalize kua.

yes. oni 3 block of tower which consist of 1 SOHO tower and 2 services apartment tower.

hopefully at the end, their workmanship is good also. i read that some other condos, their workmanship not so good.

My wild guess is. The 3rd Block is probably hotel block
It's easier to lease out en bloc and leaving the design interiors to the hotel etc

It's not easy to sell 3rd block etc
If at their snail pace rate of sales, the delivery of 3 blocks will slow.

So I guess developer will push out 3rd bloc to another company to take up whole bloc !

And with this completed, all 3 are sold !
Or lease out

They cannot waste time focus to sell n take another year to sell the 3rd block !!!
