so many awards but yet still selling for more than a year. my friend bought arcoris which was later but already agents calling for subsale. doubt price will get higher at any point at least till it's completed or areas further developed. o well...i dont care. i bought this place for my own stay because of access

Is not that Lowyat don't allow you the upload pictures. Is just that your picture file got problem. I downloaded your picture and try to upload for you but also failed. Your picture got problem.

and right now this is a hard time to buy or sell a house, especially with premium price tag like this central residence. given the current inflation and speculation of living cost getting higher in 2014. seeing more and more housing got lelong already.

and yes, personally i think the court smallest is too expensive already, with only two room and tandem parking. just saw a new sales booth opened in endah parade just now still selling the court and centrina.

if the number in KPKT website is correct (central residence approved units) and given the number by skykey.. it looks like only about 65% sold as for now for centrina. if the sales still slow would it be able to complete in time without problem? i think so. i live in bukit jalil. i can see the treez condo is already completed and VP but the carpark all empty except for a few cars, like a ghost place (but a nice one). and tonss of sales ads put up around it still selling, not sure subsales or by developer. price condo 1million++ and pavilion 2 opposite it will only complete by 2017, definitely a slow sale

Centrina still hv unit, but all is 1000sqf and above. I think around 50 - 60 units left. Anyone interested?
The Court also hv units. Mostly 2 bedrooms, 845 & 872sqf.

So the truth is here . Cash is king !!!

yeah..mine is centrina TYPE H level 23A. rm600++ sqft.. may be rm671sqft.. got 2 carparks.. what the salesperson told me the parking lot maybe side by side..hopefully side by side..
