Unless the soho is a branded soho.
Courts has 3 rooms n bigger residential and so it is a better rental option for family or couple if almost same price rental as soho .
I be very happy already if soho can fetch RM1600 already
With normal image .
If soho is branded like KL Sentral style, then RM1600 onwards is accepted as the people renting are established people type n NOT fly by day types .
KUCHAI avenue park new shops are still trying hard to rent out despite having great underground car park with 1st hour free parking .
That stretch of old Salak south road where Central is located is not fully developed as business park or sky glass buildings next doors .
So it is mandatory that Central be projected As a very branded n quality building n office zone soho etc
The further down 1 petaling condo with shops are only RM RM1360 to RM1500 , further down reaching to bukit jalil
The Z residence with other quality condo and 2014/2015 a lot of condo would have completed at KUCHAI n taman Gembira/ OKR areas .
This is what I call competition .
Some readers here say give the whoever time to promote
Central as branded .
Fact is everything got to start now.
Not a further time.
