1) Did you rename it to maps.apk
2) Did you put it in systems/apps
3) Did you restore streetview
4) Did you download the correct file
5) Is the file corrupted

emm, this one I'm not sure. I'm using root browser. I did enable all those r and w. But still application not installed appeared. Can someone tell every details of the step?

Anyone with G version can do a quick test for me and post the list:
download sensor list from market.

Then post a screenshot here.

Or android system info app -> system -> sensors and take screen shot.

Positron doesn't know what he/she is talking about.
Screen rotation is controlled by orientation sensor, just did a double check on the sensor list on my s2.

Have this experience twice so far. Tedious if you got a 32gb class 4 card like me. Turtle slow copying. 

You better backup your files. Afterwards all hilang. Normally for me it start by PC asking whether want to repair whenever i plug in my phone. Then after a while the phone will not be able to detect card but pc still can (with sd adapter). So have to copy out everything, format and copy back then all ok again.

After copying files to laptop, after removing phone from it, seems like my external sdcard files and apps can be detected agn 

@fallenangelz do u happen to have apex rom in ur pc? If so, can u try to extract the wallpapers out and share it with me? I really like one of them but im not sure if i want to download a 300mb rom that i cant use just for some wallpapers
