If through phone, Setting > Privacy > Factory reset

If through CWM, select wipe data, wipe dalvik and wipe cache.

Have you check the MD5 matches or not as your download could be corrupted.

Did what the others told you but backup your data first if you don't want to loose them.

wipe data/factory reset - done
wipe cache partition - done
mounts and storage, format /system - done
mounts and storage, format /data - done
mounts and storage, format /cache - done
advanced, wipe dalvik cahe - done

anything more i missed??

Why you go to mount n storage n do the 3 tasks? Who gave you this instruction? Looks like you need reflash a stock rom using odin

Did the flash instructions ask you to do all those highlighted steps?

was referring to this video for help. however his mount structure is weirdcompared to mine. he has everything unmounted while i have /system, /cache and /sdcard mounted.

do i need to unmount them first before flashing???

Dont touch these. Just leave it as default
Your system is now formatted so just use odin to flash back a stock rom to revive phone first

ok phone revived, rooted & booted into recovery.

wiped the datas highlighted above.

the only way to know is for you to flash it.

wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
advanced, wipe dalvik cahe
only do these should be enough.

Already told you 2 times to use odin to flash back first stock rom to get back phone system files which you have deleted. Sure continue reboot how many time you try
