Hi, I had few experience like yours. My actions are as follows for your reference :

1. Your toys stuck in custom waiting your clearance, either u need to pay tax or custom need your clarification.

2. The supplier actually yet to mail your toys, reasons due to they are doing business base on back-to-back order.

3. Lastly if u can't trace your toys with tracking number given, after 6weeks I will request refund from the supplier.

Fyi, I bought from eBay, lucky model.com, Amazon, etc.
