I did before. I placed the camera on a tripod, use focus peaking + manual focus. Snap test pic, if blurry adjust abit more.. Perhaps 3 or 4 photos before I get it absolutely sharp. Because the camera is on the tripod, I could fine tune it this way.
I check on the intersection of the lines on the moon, the dimples to confirm.
when last time i had my SEL18200, i shot it with my old NEX5 only AF and handheld. No problem at all. even i tried MF with Konica Hexanon 80-200mm F4 and Vivitar 70-210 F3.8 also no problem.
What's your setting? i guess your shutter speed too slow.
nice shooting, I did attend the shooting too...donno you are there....
jimmyyap, i'm the big guy in red polo shirt. Dunno which was u also. Please share yours too.
For more of mine, u guys may visit my FB album for this. https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.1...15337137&type=1 I shoot only jpeg, no RAW since i dunno photoshop and i am lazy to do post processing. only a couple of photo was cropped to take out the other participants or part of their body. A first few photo taken was adjusted contrast to remove glare due to old lens and larger aperture. forgot to bring the hood.
