Hi folks, green horn camera user here.

I love to take shots with phone but the quality of it starting to fail me - as I desire better photo quality

Therefore I went for a search on what type of camera that can fulfill my needs and I think I am into Enthusiast camera. It is cheaper but better than point & shoot - balance between $ and quality.

However, with limited info I have on hands, hope Gurus here can shed some light on the direction I am going.

Budget: <RM1k
Your Location: Northern Region of Peninsular
Preferable brand : I know only Nikon / Fuji / Sony / Canon. Not particularly like anyone of them ~
Type of photography u want to do : Mother nature / Sunset / Sky / Of course friends and families
Any specific models in mind? : Currently looking at Nikon CoolPix & Canon Powershot series
Any specific features u want? : Pocket size and fast on getting the camera ready on shots as the moment might just slip away in split second ~

How much is EPL3? I checked the price it range from 1k - 1.7k? why is so different?

The tilt screen and lens looks cool ! but it cant definitely cant fit into my pocket X.X

One more question, is the default lens allow users to manual focus? like "tuning" the lens ~
