QUOTE(celciuz @ Mar 25 2012, 09:03 PM) https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=101...&type=1&theater cheh. . . it's a description of a photo There you go... -.- just type CM Leung on FB first one is him already aiyo. and I'm not familiar with Timeline and i could only find his another FB site Added on March 25, 2012, 9:13 pmaiya. . . jpeg and RAW are very different too in terms of noise from the RAW sample that I've seen thus far, it's usable up to iso 3200 but all the samples are untouched, with the details the D800 is able to retain, it should be quite easy to reduce the noise and add some sharpening to it on the higher iso shots. QUOTE(metsatsu @ Mar 25 2012, 09:34 PM) the daylight one is better, the writing and grammar mistake on the first one is just a bit too much for me, and i'm not even brilliant in writing on the first one some of the things he mentioned i just could not understand, too much contradictions in his writings on the first review also, found a video on Youtube that the D800 of the particular user has problem triggering flashes off the body |

QUOTE(Tony Stark @ Mar 26 2012, 06:31 PM) having some doubts here guys. got money no need to ask. . .not like you would regret itseen the iso difference tests on the net and its kinda hard to make a decision. looks like the D4 has got an improvement over some things, like better AF system with usable AF at f/8, built-in Ethernet port, higher dynamic range, advanced movie features, better shutter, huge memory buffer and better ergonomics (i must say, it looks sleeker than my D3s). but on ISO (where i wud find myself wanna pay for it) its almost the same. 5D3 might be on par with it with more resolution n more chro, atic noise i honestly dont need the movie mode as i'll be shooting stills most of the time. better AF system n dynamic range, it may come in handy for the time being, im thinking should i or should i not upgrade from the D3s > D4. any suggestions guys? anyway, here's a nice link where he did the iso performance test. but if you got money and don't upgrade, your heart inchy, hand itchy, see ppl use D4 sour sour |

i see no reason to upgrade from d3s to d4 unless ur hands are really itchy
no major upgrades and improvement worth the few thousand personally, the biggest change of D4 from D3s is the look of the camera rather than any specs |

I want D800 to be around 9.5k but at the same time hope 2nd market price for D700 will go higher so I can get a better deal when I sell mine. Wahahahaha
wishful thinking i'm suppose. . . LOL but i find there's alr some noise in D800 images even below iso800 in good lighting from the shots I've seen thus far and i don't even have to see the 100% crop to notice the noise. . . there's seems to be some mushy mushy noise in all the bokeh area, wonder why. |

QUOTE(-kytz- @ Mar 27 2012, 09:57 PM) I thought D3S owners prioritize AF speed+burst+ ISO performance, etc ? So kinda funny for me that you're interested in a D800 I think D3s owners prioritize on image qualityD800 is everything about IQ, IQ, IQ, IQ, IQ, IQ, IQ and nothing but IMAGE QUALITY any photographers should be drool about getting a D800 Added on March 27, 2012, 10:08 pmHere: look at this lady with beard!!!
