danau kota got a few mamak, shud be able to find parking, but have to choose days which dont have midnite pasar malam, else traffic worst than klcc....

another place i can think of is melati utama, shoplots next to MRR2, got a few places, paparich,mamak, etc

Wahh so many Nikonians at Genting Klang area. I am from there as well hahaa.

Why not we go to the new area behind columbia hospital in genting klang? Drove around there yesterday. Parking is ok also there.

I can drop 1 or 2 members back to TBR or Taman Melati la if i'm going.

So this is the gathering opinion so far.

Nikon-Lowyat-Setapak Gathering definitely feasible since a lot forumer also from this area.

Hopefully can get Ifer bro to join, so for many of you (include me) who haven’t meet Ifer yet, this is your chance. Haha

Genting Klang will be the location, venue not confirm yet, (I define Genting Klang to be the KFC there, Chatime, Overtime, Behind hospital Columbia, as well as festival mall there and PV Old town)

Venue must be:

• Halal
• Car Park friendly
• Comfortable TT location
• Spacious in case of big group turn up.

Date:

• Definitely not this weekend due to: 1) too short notice 2) Sunday got Nikon P.Seni Gathering
• It could be weekday or weekend.

Time:

• To make it convenience for everyone, preferably not too late.
• Noon or Evening – pls comment
I will go and check out any suitable venue behind hospital Columbia.

How about PV Old town? Its halal, spacious enough and some car park options do available. But quite jam since its near festival mall.

the cf card slot unit got bent...
then, after i open it (yes, i open the d200) can see the pin has make a short circuit, resulting in burnt chip on the board
the camera working fine, can snap picture, just cannot read or write to cf card...

any help, or tips will much be appreciated..

The setapak tt session u mean? We're all set, except time, date and venue in setapak.
