anyone know any idea to improve "distant trees " visual quality. Even with this, it still sucks:
http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=3389 http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=6245 increasing size loadcells dont work, its got to do with the 2d trees like oblivion. |

QUOTE(Deadlocks @ Feb 2 2012, 08:16 AM) The game itself can already be made harder at the current moment for me, since I am only playing it currently at adept difficulty. The game has been out for 4 months. Most of us already done playing it Vanilla. So its about time to spice things up using mods and tweaks. But my point here isn't here to discourage any form of tweaking, but rather get people to ACTUALLY INTERACT with the game, i.e. playing it, rather than to finding ways on how to make it nicer to play. Of which is why I have even made a quote by myself to gratify upon the spirit of playing a game: "Gaming projects an existentialism which are suppressed by the distractions and the decisions in reality. It is fantastical and fictatious in nature, but it allows a realization of one's true potential in making life choices, so that if it is practiced healthily, it will bring forth a veracity of an individual which is otherwise invisible in the real world, so that dreams can be finally be ephiphanized, revealed, and made." Mods and tweaks actually helps some game survived. As example, The Sims series would've died a long time ago if people are only offered the limited choices of clothes from the game. Games like The Sims and Skyrim is basically a tool for us to express our creativity and individuality through shaping the world according to what we likes and eliminates what we doesn't like. As each of us is different and unique, some people might likes things certain way and thats where the mods and tools comes in to help us achieve that. |

QUOTE(Deadlocks @ Feb 2 2012, 06:27 AM) ...the thread has taken a turn to modding and tweaking, instead of pure joy of just playing the game, lol. It is because modding has been part of any Elder Scrolls games since the beginning of time. Skyrim is what a PC game should be where gamers can tweak it to their own hearts content, not those console games where everything is set by the developers.I am done with vanilla Skyrim so its time to improve the game's graphics, gameplay and fix up some of the silly bugs that Beth left in the game. So, whats wrong with modding a game if it extents the longevity of a game? You are still playing the game after modding with new content. Some of the default textures are horrendous to look at to begin with. This post has been edited by Cheesenium: Feb 2 2012, 12:50 PM |

found this link (for those who dont mind cheating), if you ever need an enchantment that's hard to come by (to disenchant and make daggers, necklace etc)... this would be helpful:
http://skyrim.mmo-game.eu/enchanting-items-console/ another way is to head to Solitude.. Fletcher sells most of the top notch enchanted weapons there. come across this when i could not locate a Banish item for my daggerss... found another: http://skyrim.mmo-game.eu/skyrim-item-link-creator/ above is useful when i need tons of petty soul gems (to increase enchantment fast) This post has been edited by Davidtcf: Feb 2 2012, 06:42 PM |

BAM! no running here and there. game completed. |
