Hope it will complete as soon as possible. Easier to travel from Putra Heights to KL without using vehicles then.

LRT extension project just setup in Putra Heights. It is very near to my office, same row. The land for Putra Heights station just cleared and leveled. Looking forward for the project. I will shoot some photo once I have free time.

As I heard, some residence at Putra Height are against this LRT project, or LRT alignment at Putra Height to be exact

I'm Putra Heights and I'm not against it. Yes there are people who are against it. They said they don't need LRT as they already have cars and it is easier to use car to travel. But there are people who are looking forward for the projects especially the young adults and youngsters. The oldies are against it.

that is static load testing. to know the soil bearing ratio. further to determine the size and depth of piling required.
*
Actually its the other way round..its to test the pile whether size and depth of the piling is enough to carry load as per intended design

LRT extension has a very big impact on public transport system in Klang Valley.

At 34 km (Ampang + Kelana Jaya line) and about 25 stations, the impact is equal to one new rail line.

Ampang line will get 20 new trains, as well as introduction of new signalling system known as CBTC for increased frequency.
