I flush my brake fluid every year 2~3 weeks BEFORE cainis niu yier smile.gif Some said, you don't touch the brakes if it's not broken, I say try to maintain it so it doesn't break when you need it. In the end, life doesn't have take 2. If the footage spoiled, it could ruin my life too. So, prevention is my caused of action.

you need 2 bottle. first one drain it out along with the old one. then only pour in brand new fluid once you are sure.. the old ones and the news ones you just pour it were being drained.

Depends on mech bro, some mech they got the thing to suck up all the oil.. that was pretty simple can get the job done in a while... some they really let the oil flow out from the bottom. So depend on the mech which you go to.

You flush out the oil every 60k?

Normally I need 2 person to do it. 1 sitting inside driver seat to pedal the brake, another fella need to use the bleed valve to bleed the brake fluid(ofcourse, with wheels off). Detail procedure as below:

1) Suck out all the fluid from the reservoir.
2) Fill in new fluid
3) Bleed all front brakes both side
4) Refill reservoir
5) Bleed all rear brakes both side
6) Refill reservoir

Done. This is the bestest bawah pokok brake flush icon_rolleyes.gif

There are more better workshop that uses machine to connect all 4 brakes, use air pump to suck through the bleed valve, which is much more effective rolleyes.gif

Ofcourse you can. Pull a ground cable directly from your radio to the battery, that should solve your problem. nod.gif

Cheers, will definitely give that a go. Sounds much cheaper and considerably easier...

For your record, the way I ground the cable on the cross bar benefits majority of the electrical component in the cabin. The time I got my car, it is already 6 years old. When I switch on my turning indicator, my whole dashboard's lighting blinks together with the turning indicator. On the other hand, if you choose to ground the radio ONLY, you'll have to dismantle the whole entertainment console. It is more effective to the radio ONLY, but ofcourse it is more troublesome in my opinion. Therefore, its entirely up to you, whether you want to ground the chassis or specifically for 1 device.
