I'm an insurance company marketer. I go visit used car dealers everyday. Imagine I go Serdang Raya, along the road how I drive doh.gif  doh.gif  doh.gif Besides of traffic jam in KL, the rest of the time will be traveling within 5km gotta stop for next car dealer liao. If in Serdang Raya is worst la laugh.gif And I don't use haiwei, mana ada used car dealer kat haiwei sweat.gif

The most long distance route will be from KL to Kajang to Dengkil to Banting to Jenjarom to Panglima Garang to Sijangkang to Bandar Botanic to Bdr Puteri to Jln Kebun to Jln Bkt Kemunig to Shah Alam Sek 15 UMW finally ended up in Subang using air port road jam all the way to Lebuh Sg Buluh at around 5pm, then all the way jam to reach home at Sri Damansara by 7pm. Within that 209km I traveled, I had to stop 23 times atleast, not inclusive of breakfast/lunch/morning yum cha, afternoon yum cha, stop by roadside pee, drive sloe sloe by the road side kacau awek and stuff. So basically I do super short distance drive, but long hour driving lar laugh.gif

Speed ar.... around 80~90 max la. Unless during the stretch from Bandar Botanic to Bandar Puteri, in Kesas mar icon_idea.gif

RM450 not expansib liao. Besides, I'm not allowed to take profit geh nod.gif I'm under employment of the principle, any thing related to PROFIT will have to either fall back to compoany, or back to those agents under my service. So, kenot la. Konflik of interest mar doh.gif

Steering size unknown, i guess 13".

Fren, desbod mesurement same², boley shey shey pakei. However, if you'wanted to mode component by component, like tukar aircon vent from 1 car to another, no it can't be done. Sabby's aircon vent the edge is squarish triangle, whereas in GaGa is curvy and round edge. Entertainment console pon tak sama, all the way down to shift stick compartment pon tak sama. Then link to henbrek compartment and the rear centre cup holder, Sabby is shorter, GaGa is taller can put TALL DECAF CAPUCCINO. So, if you tukak desbod, kena mau tukak sume. sweat.gif U think about it first lar. Besides, GaGA does not have windshield blower control vent and feet blower. You may need to rewire those function to a GaGa desbod from your Sabby rolleyes.gif

Your car got no plobrem, no hutang rite? And you bought it new that time? Don't see a reason to sell it off by rugi so much. Think also felt sayang ady. Unless its a plobrematic car lar, then I rugi also mau juai. rclxm9.gif

With Sabby & me, everyday felt like meeting an affair, hoping for a hot sex in hotel with the lady in red dress wub.gif

1) Do you still need to push the key in before press start?
2) I'm confused now, so you don't need the key. Just press this green button and push START button?
3) Can snap photo of your eagle?
4) This 1 ar? Why not put the switch on gas pedal?

1. Need to turn ON the ignition to make this START button function. Go to #2
2. Yes indeed. Press the green button then START button (Keyless). Press again the green button to stop the engine. Using key is now optional
3. Later I snap the picture.
4. Not that one. That one is oped pod with blower inside. I used the standard airbox and DIY the blower inside the box. Switch on the gas pedal is good idea, i think can put another switch at the limiter. If i press the pedal full, the fan will turn ON rclxms.gif

Any other good idea?

Insterestestings brows.gif If you ask me

1) I would like to use a dial pod to control air flow
2) When gas pedal idle, fan speed = 0
3) A track were placed on the gas pedal to control the volume of airflow being generate by electric motor

user posted image

My opinion as below:

Ask me why?
I personally do not believe any electric fan on such a size able to charge air to become pressure, not even 1psi. If you have the throttlebody shut, engine off(without vacuum), turning on the fan blower can produce a small amount of pressure inside the intake system, but once you started engine, the vacuum will normalize the small amount of pressure, instead the fan blower became blockage

If it weren't charging boost, why still install?
Normal aspirated engine running on vacuum. Extra fan blower may help to reduce suction power, as a result may confused the ECU to spray more fuel to achieve higher power to be generated.

Simple missile button will do. Why still need to use throttle control?
user posted image
Assuming your car was doing 30%fuel + 70%air as a good combination of A/F ratio. You drive smoothly, suddenly an arsehole kacau you beside your car, you arm the missile, the fan turned on, suddenly your A/F ratio became 30%fuel + 80%air, suddenly your engine burn lean. If it wasn't too lean, exhaust manifold temperature increased, whole car became lack of power due to petrol thirst. If it's too lean, thing just got worsen. Your fried your piston!

The Potentiometer(POD) solution, how does it effect drive-ability and reliability?
user posted image
user posted image
As you drive, your gas pedal also become your variable controller of fan speed. With this control, you make your whole blower system more close to a SUPER CHARGER/COMPRESSOR. There's no sudden hike in air flow, your ECU will have enough time to react.

Dave, you talk so much crap make you looks like a xin gah lan. Did you install 1 in your car?

Half the time in GaGa thread, I'm a troll. I troll people until mother also kenot recognize. But when come to performance mod, I'm damn serious. Until I see positive charge on a running engine(not charging the fan with engine off), I will not plonk that thing into my engine yawn.gif

Theoretically, it should work like a charm.

Already found out what is it, its a VACUUM LEAKER!!!! sleep.gif Don't put it on! Your FL vacuum by factory stock setup only have 17inches/mercury on idling. If you put this piece of crap on your car, your idling vacuum will drop to miserable 14in/hg even if you shut it to maximum(try to turn it on, you're probably left 10in/hg). No doubt, after installed this thing it will provide that kind of amazing water leaking suction sound. If you wish to know how it sound like, go and turn on your water tap, then shut it to LEAKING position, then you'll be able to hear the PSSSSS sound. The thing is a valve between vacuum hose, such as from intake manifold to master brake cylinder. Cut the hose and hook this "performance device" in between, by turning the device will allowed vacuum leakage, that to simulate throttlebody already opened. Besides of placebo and air leaking sound, that fucking device does not improve max torque, max horse power. mad.gif

I'd like to hear that company to explain if they have any other reason to back this "performance device" sleep.gif

Rubbish

the blower i added is not to increase the air flow but just to make the airflow smoother to the intake..

keyless or not, once the robber get into your car, they also can start the engine lah..

open the cover under steering then short the wire..but dont worry..savvy has autolock steering feature which is it will automatically lock the steering(turn around 15degree) if u start the engine without the key..so the key is still needed to unlock the steering

the keyless start button is only funky2 happy2 mod..
