S98CFS
tr10ramscript
tr12complete
tr2link2sd
tr3ramscript

I know why, your missing 1 script, S98system_tweak.

Did you manually mount before flashing? You need to do so. Try flashing again.
*
haha, i think i done it now. i just reflash it again after mounted /system, /sdcard and /data again. i'm sure i done it before flash the script at first time:

anttoo, did you use the screenstate_scaling script add on? how is it? i'm planning to flash it and load it thru script manager again.

Agreed. For me, following up on ROMs is tough! Time consuming....maybe twice a month or once a month is more than enough...haha!
*
i've been using the Check ROM Rev. HD around a month or more. Honestly, this is the most stable, battery saving ROM i ever had. but since i'm tempted by Turkbey ICS look out, i choosed to revert to Turkbey. if its ok for the next 2 weeks, i'll stick with it. not enough time to try other ROM any more.

so i'm just gonna use SetCPU for a while to control the voltage. if i'm not impressed with the battery life, i will flash the screenstate script.

I probably will not update. V31 got an ugly background (not that it can't be change) and apart from slightly newer base rom there isn't much difference.
*
what i saw about turkbey is that it will update when the latest siyah kernel come out. i think its just a coincidence but no need to worry. just stick to any ROM version that you like and flash the latest kernel later..

litening ROM? isn't that too old for pre ICS transition now? CheckROMRevHD is ok, CM7 ok, CM9 still experimental.

I feel CheckROM not as good as Turkbey (honestly) but just using CheckROM like 2 hours plus. Will stick to CheckROM for say 2-3 weeks before deciding if wanna revert back to Turkbey biggrin.gif
*
i tried VR before but didn't like it at all.

CRHD is ok for me. the downside is that it doesn't have a built in ICS theme like Turkbey have right now. the CRHD team is busy working on Galaxy Note...

its not like i hate Note, but i prefer a phone, not tablet+phone hybrid..its too big for me.hahaha!!

the truth is, didn't have any more budget to buy it!! sad.gif

*
what do you want in a phone? playing games? try experimental rom? nowadays SGS2 mainly have the G version in the market, which have limited selection of custom rom to choose. if me, i'll go for nexus, coz its the latest product + ICS!!!

Turkbey users experienced this before?
*
where did you put your nandroid back up? at least back it up in internal SD, external SD and your PC. i just wipe the ROM, no problem for me.

and please don't barge in and ask which one is better; SGS2 or Note or Nexus? i don't know what i want in a phone..

that means you don't need a smartphone yet. just stick to what you have right now before come back and ask about what is ROM? what is Firmware?....

Actually, I went to Advanced Backup and I click on the Date I did the backup..
But to my dismay, when the phone rebooted, it is still Batista ROM...
I thought maybe the date I remembered was wrong, so I clicked on the second date..
Still the same, when back to BATISTA rom....

So I just did some research,  it seems there are people facing the same problem..
And the solution stated was just to flash back the original firmware using ODIN...

How do you root your phone? after rooting thru Odin on the first time with any CF kernel, you will have CWM and Superuser in ur phone. You should have done the TB for your stock rom at this moment before you flash any Custom ROM.

if you want to flash the stock firmware, try find yours here:

http://www.samfirmware.com/mobile.htm

make sure you download the right firmware. after that, standby your efs back up file in case your IMEI gone missing.

For the last couple of days, i've used both papago x5 and google navigation apps. both are good apps but these are my opinion:
Papago: great and accurate but location availability is quite limited to the maps you have in your phone.only use gps.

Google navi: also accurate but need to use the google maps first before can use navigation. need data on for the maps.

Papago looks cheap for such a software. I mean they can add something more 'flashy'? XD

I bought Papago but I kept it in the drawer. It showed me a longer way than what I know and that...isn't good.

I think google navi is better but need to have data connection and gps too. so drain ur battery faster.
