after unzip
i copy the inside folder to c:
the rename the folder to x
the at c:
i just type cd x
then it will look likw this
c:\x\
then just type cinject -i blablabla

im gettin a lot of timeout error in cydia install n update

just click on cydia to prepare the file system

plus the missing step to enable vpn in it after ezecuting cinject -w

Goshhh...now my phone hang... all blank..cant even reboot with apple logo..

I installed a dozen cydia tweaks...
rebooted via sbsettings..
will see how things go.. so far so good.

This is similar to when the Corona exploit was released for the A4 devices. You just have to be patient with Cydia and it's morning/afternoon in the western hemisphere so Cydia must be slammed right now.
