i understand your explanation, but in electronic, an ion is always moving particle.
i dont remember any such thing like that in my engineering courses.
the continuous charge is to maintain the movement for the liquid in the battery.
circulation is overall, and there is no such thing as minimum level varied by 20% or 0%.
battery is not a microchip that can stores memory. it just go on and on each cycle of charge.

A charge cycle means using all of the battery’s power, but that doesn’t necessarily mean a single charge
