Eh guys..is this normal in iPhone 4S? Cos my dad just bought one and he uses 3G. But sometimes when he turn it off, it automatically turn on again..but the crllular data was off

Restart the phone? No, like a few seconds after clicking to off, it auto revert back to on

Yes wont funtion. Because my 4s also liddat, after full charge or restart it will automtic toggle on.

odd eh? not gonna harm the data usage but just odd..
