 drinking water after exercise

some people say drink just a bit of water & others say differently. me, i drink a lot of plain water right after jogging or some other exercises. what say you guys?

Drink a mouthful of water, then rest 30 minutes. then drink as much as you like

Me also listen someone else advice. they said if you gulp too much of water after exercise, it'll somehow effect you stamina.

You shouldn't drink water cos it's bad for your health. Coca Cola is better after every workout. About 8 glasses a day.

Vouching for what he said. I've trained with him before. Chugs 2 glasses of coke before working out and 3 after workout. Sips coke during workout, too.

our body consist of 70% liquid....
when you exercise, your body looses the liquid
you'll need to replenish it...

if you going for body building, they won't allow you to drink too much water especially working out because they say water causes bloating all over...

even weight lifters don't drink the night before if they have performance the next day.

drink water during

cardio exercises = yes, it is a must for dehydration
workout excercises = no, it make you feel dizzy and sometime vomit

coca-cola contain caffeine which is good for body building,
reason... i forget already long long alien science explanation by my gym trainer
