our body consist of 70% liquid....
when you exercise, your body looses the liquid you'll need to replenish it... if you going for body building, they won't allow you to drink too much water especially working out because they say water causes bloating all over... even weight lifters don't drink the night before if they have performance the next day. |

drink water during
cardio exercises = yes, it is a must for dehydration workout excercises = no, it make you feel dizzy and sometime vomit coca-cola contain caffeine which is good for body building, reason... i forget already long long alien science explanation by my gym trainer |
