hi, i want to ask whether is the 1 month free trial tie to the person who registered the service or tie to the address?
If I move to new place and cancel Time fibre broadband, and the new tenant make a new subscription, does he still valid to get 1 month free trial?

thanks.

Dear Bro

Thanks for your interest in time Fibre , the one month free trial is for The new subscribers only

As long as the applicant is not the subscribe Time service before , he can enjoy this offer.

So the issue of above , the one month free trial still apply.

Feel free to Pm us if need further clarification

Im located at TTDI, KL.

1) How does the Maxis Home Fibre compare to Time Home Fibre in terms of quality of connection, downtime, availability of English HD movie websites for downloads, etc.

2) If i get the 15Mbps Time Home Fibre package, whats the typical download/upload speeds i can expect?

Dear Bro

Kindly check Your Pm for more details.

Hi Bro,

It's based on the Person's Name who registered for the service.

If you buy a new house & you apply another line for that new house, you are also entitled for the offer.

In line of expansion, The quality of service also cannot sacrifice.

I believe Time are in the balance of return of investment and provide quality of service to his customer.

Hi Bro, we have plenty of customers using VPN for their gaming servers & also media streaming (like Nxxfxxx & HxxxPxxs), though it slows down little bit, but it's still considered very promising.

Do PM me if you need more help.

Thanks.

Hi Bro,

Actually Empire Damansara has been ready for service since very early this year. The reason you don't see much publicity & marketing activities being done here is because it's exclusive to one of the Distributor in KL.

Moreover than that, there are other issues. PM me for more details.

Thanks.
