If your problem persists, please wait another 1-2 hours. We got Report from our Technical Team. The slowness problem was due to Time IX Partners (NOT TIME problem), the International Traffic has been re-routed & everything should be fine now. Hey guys, was wondering about the wireless router access. No issues accessing it to change DNS, etc? Time doesn't block the access? Still thinking about switching to Time, or getting it to use alongside my UNIFI.

Just got mine installed 2 hours ago. after browsing 30mins, no internet connection. anyone in Empire Damansara area ? just wanna make sure.
and if i wanna use my own modem + wireless router , how to set up ?

Minor problem..Some areas in Northern, Central & Southern are currently facing Internet Downtime... Problem happened since 1030am...
Symptoms ONU indication is normal, but Internet drops off. Restart ONU & Router line up for some whiles & drops off again..
TIME technical team is in the process of fixing the issues.
