Not as a medical town, its a wellness centre. Basically the difference is that wellness centre helps you maintain your health but medical centre cures your illness. Might have an overlap here and there but generally not targeted to be a hospital or clinic and there isn't one anyway. Aragreens Village will have nursing and caring facilities.

Last chat with them they say October but dunno la. They said August the construction done but got a lot of checking and paperwork and blah blah blah so October is the target.

Some compressor outside and some inside. The one outside i think is placed to direct the flow of cooler air through the windows and the compressor inside works as a stack and pushes up the hot air. You can find the detailed design for this on their website. Part of the green building design thingy. But whether it really works or not........... dunno lahhhhhh.... lols

Yep that is correct. Judging by what was explained earlier by the engineer, the rate of heat produced by the compressors will be faster than the heat being ventilated. As such, the higher heat load inside the ventilation, the less heat that the compressor can discharge thus the aircond in the units wont be cold.

But im curious since this is a design and simulation issue, wouldn't they have found out about it earlier and have more time to come up with solutions? And why no letters to the buyers of the affected unit for the design change?

The air flow was meant to be natural hence I doubt there is any machinery installed. In the first place, the compressor unit is installed on the facade to ensure that the hot air can be properly ventilated. So there are no heat load problem now, only problem is the ugliness of the compressor unit on the eye.

But if you are unconvinced and you think there are machineries involved, better call and check with the developer.

From Christine's conversation with the boss, the engineer said that it is due to high heat load in the vent which prompted the removal of some compressors to the exterior. Maybe in their studies removal of compressors from GF and L3 will ensure the ventilation works at optimum level. Again all these are assumptions, since they didnt indicate any form of machinery in their explanation of the heat stack concept.

I think it looks busy now without those hanging garden. Once they put the plants all im pretty sure it will look more peaceful and serene. Just my personal view la.
