If u wan claim ppl insurance. Make sure u have proof is his fault. Best is take the picture when the accident happen. And u make sure both party must make police report. He if no make report den u slow slow wait police find him lo.(Dunno wait how long). If all make report and he admit his wrong den very easy. U just make your report and submit to your insurance company. Your insurance will find his insurance settle. Happen to my dad car.. Lucky the behind car got go report.

once accident, take pics on the spot, front back left right center, clearly with no. plate, then go report,

nowadays, all polis station got 'jangan rasuah' stickers all around, make sure that the sarjan room is alone or got chance to give, dont be obvious, even in using words, if u hard working, no need runner, do it all by urself, aka, collect keputusan when its ready by sarjan, usually takes up to 2wks, my frens record was today accident tmr get keputusan 5 days later car fixed... but all depends on what situation of accidents...

I can confirm this is 100% true. My cousin kena before. He got banged by some old truck with kangaroo bar - the truck only lost some paint chips on the bar...while his car front lights and bumper tapau. Quite serious so cannot settle on the spot, so agreed to do police report. But that ******* ffk and never report. The case drag on many months, still the police can't give you the accident results cause the guy never showed up.

In the end:
The guy only kena saman rm300.
My cousin have to use own insurance to repair - lost 55% NCD.
Police say the only way to settle this now is go to court and sue him. As the truck wasn't damaged that much, he could have fixed it leaving no evidence.
Lots of time wasted going to police station for follow up, loss of car use, even after repair your car won't be 100% fixed.

So bottom line is even if you are in the right, avoid accident at all cause. No point get yourself into so much trouble just cause u didn't wanna give way.

So just to confirm, even COE allows the use of bringing own engine oil? The Senaxis aunty told me can bring own engine oil, but they'll make a note of it in the service record and might have issues if there's future warranty claims

Just managed to get COE service and got my service number but the girl said bunyi gluk gluk kena solve second time....I tarak notice if we got the parts wo...aiyah why so lousy one the service....
