Last time all i need to do to release stress is sleep. sweat.gif But now,i cant even fall asleep no matter how tired i am doh.gif Then ,i find new ways to release stress,that is to play musical instrument and talk to people:) It may not help a lot but at least it reduces stress level sweat.gif
