The photo you shown, appears to be a RCTrax crawler. In which is the same as the Yokomo Nano Qlo

You will need to take note though, that it does not use 2.4GHz frequency, but rather IR. Which means you must aim your controller at the car.

EDIT : The RCTrax crawler seems to be one scale bigger than the Nano Qlo, you should be looking at the Mini Qlo. Sorry, haven't seen the Mini Qlo around

There are other options out there as well.

If you can find, the HSP 1/10 and 1/8 crawlers are also RTR.

For crawler, ok.

For others, avoid. Avoid. AVOID.

You can have a look at Axials. The SCX10 platform is pretty decent. If you're not into technical stuff, you will want to have a look at the Trail Honcho RTR. Not sure where else still have these in stock, but you will be looking at RM1300+ for an RTR unit.
