TS, why dont u get advise from dato/datuk michael chong? i believe /k/ got a lot of professional lawyer/consultant but at least michael chong got contact numbers of those departments which could assist you. plus he can keep track of your progress.

i think he sure get a lot of these type of cases every year. maybe he can advise you on the next step.
