yeah, if u use slide to unlock screen, u can slide down the notification bar. including stock ICS rom without modification.  rclxub.gif  i guest because slide is not secure, so u can slide the notification bar even with screen lock. the notification bar can't slide down during screen lock if you use secured screen lock such as pattern, pin or password. lol  shakehead.gif

give NEO user buka lor. wahahahaha. lastime was a PLAY user buka, then PRO, now NEO or NEO V buka lor~ just dun forget include everything important and tidy up the 1st few posts.
