QUOTE(SiuYi @ Apr 24 2012, 10:47 AM) so means that CM9 is now stable for PRO? Yes but there are some bugs I found on it. panorama shot is not working, if u take a picture using panorama shot, the camera apps will fc.. U nid to clear data in applications setting to make it work again.. Face unlock and front camera is not working. battery life still same as previous build. data usable but sometimes the phone can only receive gprs or edge.. THIS IS A REVIEW FROM ONE OF OUR BROTHER PHONES, THE XPERIA™ RAY AFTER SWITCHING TO ICS » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Just update my Ray to ICS last night. Pros: - Nice ICS UI elements - ICS task switcher (very smooth animation & swipe to kill apps) - New task bar (swipe to remove) - Music player can be controlled from lock screen and task bar - New ICS Gallery app - New Google ICS apps - The OS is slightly smaller than GB (got more free internal memory space) Cons: - Still the same old music player from GB - Somehow the phone can get easily hot faster (just like in the old stock GB firmware, the latest GB firmware does resolve this issue) - Battery drain slightly faster - UI sometimes a bit laggy - Still the same old widgets (no XPERIA NXT series widgets) - Home screen always reset after playing any game (even light games) - Screen orientation change takes time to trigger - Xperia S apps & widgets may do not work if you try to install, except music player and it cannot be controlled from lock screen & task bar (maybe because Xperia S apps/widgets works in GB only) Overall, the whole OS feel a lil bit slower than the GB version. My advise is like Sony said, do not upgrade to ICS if you want smooth and reliable experience with your Xperia. This post has been edited by VictorKeong: Apr 24 2012, 09:20 PM

QUOTE(puterabemi @ Apr 24 2012, 06:26 PM) nice. give us quick review. does it really slow the phone? its a bit slower. but can be rate 4/5..they still need to solve battery probs[fast drain]...overall what i can say is it depends on how the owner act to use it..coz each one of us has differ view on it.but we still xperia users hehhe Added on April 24, 2012, 11:35 pmQUOTE(knight_kriss @ Apr 24 2012, 10:52 PM) got power problem???? use this » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « can't see what r u post here bro This post has been edited by pjud06: Apr 24 2012, 11:35 PM

QUOTE(VictorKeong @ Apr 25 2012, 12:55 PM) so bulky HAHA >< i think 1800 also good enough Wow... That makes the phone like old PDA with slider... But probably more comfortable as more grip on the phone while typing... But made the phone lose its curve... QUOTE(kayro @ Apr 25 2012, 09:56 PM) My phone never dropped before.. When i push up or down, the slider seems stuck at the center of keyboard.. I nid to push it untill the end.. Get it to warranty and see how's the problem with the stuck thing and yellow line. The stuck feeling might be from something blocking behind sliding screen, or perhaps phone casing with protuded edges thats obstructing the slider screen.
