Was wondering if anyone already signed up for the rm29 promotion that california fitness is havin? juz wanted to know how it really works. does it mean even at 29 ringgit , i could access everything in there? or is there any terms and conditions that's not really highlighted?

Everything has terms and conditions in fine print. Even with reputable fitness centres. Be careful and ask as many questions as needed. The sales reps there in ANY fitness centres are full of shit. Trust me, i had 2 friends who worked as PT's and they quit in a few months.

coz i juz called up today to enquire the rm29 .. it said that.. we can only use the facilities til 5pm only.. but i finish work at 5.30! how to join..

stella, then join the 7-days trial.. u can go everyday.. try not to go to midvalley's one.. forever pack.. standard chartered is much better.. at least i dun hafto queue for the equipment that i want to use..

i have join CF in standard chartered, also a lot of ppl there after work. but no need to queue, though treadmill area some time will be full.

so pay rm29 for a month but can only use the facility till 5pm ?

for the 7day-trial can use the faility at any time within the 7 day period ?

my colleague signed up the 7-days trial.. he went with us after work.. ok wut...

yeah.. preferred female room is meant for females oni.. less ppl.. but less equipment oso ler.. in a small room.. cannot expect much.. but i think its sufficient.. with treadmill, airwalker, etc etc.. ok lor..

i joined the 1-month trial..i can go anytime of the day, any day, full access to all facilities, even towels, like full member la..but for 1 month..

rm29 a month is very cheap already...
just if u could manage ur time...
even outside KL...
thouse lousy gym may cost over rm100...
not much machine...
n no other facilities...

As for the 7 days trial..they will always have it as a try out for new comers.

12-4pm is only like quarter/half occupied at that time....
the peak hours are only after 6..

you can enjoy yourself there all you want from morning till 6

hmm interesting .. anyone tried the 1 month promotion and got away safely ? Or after 1 month they will brainwash you to join them .. I MUST go away coz i'm going to australia in 2 months time haha .. will they burn my hse if i stop after 1 month ?

called their number and couldnt get much info...they ask me to straight go there when I asked about what are the sessions/instructor classes included in the RM29 promo...only know that its only till end of year.....maybe will drop by end of today...midV..but the other day when I pass by, looks like a lot of people...will prefer to go there after 8pm ....i wanna gain weight...+ build my body
