I wanna ask about if get a personal trainer there cost how much?
or
Is there any ppl that providing advise on building body, such as they will recommend you drink which protein, everyday do wat, cannot eat this tat so on...

Hmm i took up the trainer thing ... it's supposed to be 100 over per session .. somehow they gave me promotion coz i acted as if i'm not interested and walked away lol .. at the end i got 89 ...

yes...i oledy join the RM 25 california fitness (standard charted building).duration : 1 month.

today i will go again(my 3rd day).

No condition..u can access all the equipment..no time limit...

Very worth...High class fitness centre...

No limitation...all class and all equipment also can access..

Before that, i also not believe about it...really " big frog jump at street"

They doing this promotion maybe many member stop with this holiday month..another one is they promote this fitness..let u trial with lowest prices..

Promotion i think over...no more rite..

I have join the RM 29 package on November, overall its great given this is only the first time i was in a gym. The facilities is fantastic, the personal trainers are very helpful, whenever they see that u did it wrongly they will walk towards you and enlightened you on the proper way to do it. It will cost RM 85 for the personal trainer to train you for a session, but if you are friendly enough there is always a way to get the personal trainer to teach without paying extra. Just make friends with them.

SO far...what is the cheapest monthly fees u get in california..

skysherly, that day they offer first 100 ladies to sign up for free....normally when u sign up, they charge a lot rubbish fees, gov fees, but they waive all

oh....actually those gym offer package 1...except ff where u pay monthly rm150 a month , can stop anytime...but u rejoin again, not sure they charge u the joining fees or not

mine is rm1999 for 24 months, pay through the bank ezy paymeny installment for 12 month....0 interest... ...but no cc points and need pay a 1 off rm30 processing fees...

for sure u can pay 1 lum sum

There's another package which is RM105 monthly, but u can only go either on:
- Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun
- Tues, Thurs, Sat, Sun
- Mon - Fri (before 5pm or after 9pm), Sat(before 1pm or after 5pm), Sun(anytime).

What is the RM128 package like?

i think u should go MV and ask the sales consultant there, tell them ur budget and requirement such as monthly basis...

the alternate day 1 also not bad...

btw, i join MV branch because parking cheaper...even saturday only rm3...
