How slim u want it to be?
IMHO, 1cm thick is marvellous. I wonder how thickness of the phone can advances to. Now, currently the thinnest is from Huawei P1 S with 6.7mm? How thin do you guys want? 1mm? Thickness isnt an issue for me =) The standard thickness of a smartphone is perfect =) |

if the thickness same as galaxy s2 with the curve of xperia s, it would be more sexy..
but some people prefer something thicker to suit their hand when holding the fon.. for me, 8-9mm X 60-65mm width ,just nice to hold.. i'm big fan of sony.. |

After readng the new spec of S3 with 12-megapixel back-facing camera, HD Super AMOLED Plus screen, quad-core CPU, more RAM and promising a 24-hour battery life for the “average to moderately heavy” user, I guess I have to pass this one.

If it's any slimmer ... i'm afraid it might snap xD I don't mind the thickness at all. As long as it's not brick or something. Even if it's heavier or thicker it'll feels more solid in hand

The phone is available for pre-order in the UK from O2 for free at £21.50 per month for 24 months, with 100 minutes, 500 texts and 500 MB ...
but then, if you take pay-as-you-go SIM only, one can pay £10.50 for 100 minutes and 500 texts (excluding data plan) .. so for 24 months, the phone actually worths (£21.50 - £10.50)*24 months = £264 ... This post has been edited by TSOM: Feb 16 2012, 06:11 AM |

Btw, if anyone have noticed Maxis have recently launched something similar to DiGi smart plan.. it's called Maxis value internet plan. It has three package.
No contract RM 75 for 3.5GB. RM 50 for 1.5GB 1 year contract RM 48 for 1.5GB + RM 5 for 500MB if needed. Pay as u use calling. RM 0.12 sen Maxis to Maxis RM 0.20 sen Maxis to other networks. No speed capping but so far this plan is only for new numbers only. Oh man this is getting interesting. |

QUOTE(Ninja @ Feb 16 2012, 10:47 AM) Prototype version of Nozomi. I don't think it's better than Super AMOLED. LOL. According to GSMArena, it's just a slightly better LED Backlited LCD(Sony Bravia) than the standard LED Backlited LCD. http://www.gsmarena.com/sony_xperia_s-4369.php While Galaxy Nexus is using Super AMOLED with Oleophobic Coating(invisibleShield). All I know is that this Nozomi is SHARPER than Galaxy Nexus. This post has been edited by DarkSilver: Feb 16 2012, 11:47 AM |
