Hi, can this antenna used for LTE connection?
*
Hi there

Unfortunately all these antennas do only support up to DC-HSPA+ frequencies although it is usable with LTE modems.

We should have LTE antennas by 3rd quarter of this year.

May I know this is to increase wifi signal or increase of 3g signal? And what are the difference of this from yagi wifi anthena?
*
Hi there

These antennas are for 3G as the frequencies supported are different.
Therefore it is for 3G signal/speed/stability.

2100MHz ~ 2.1GHz for 3G and Wi-Fi is usually 2.4GHz or 5GHz.

Hope that helps.

Hi there

Firstly, you would need to identify if you are facing blockage or your entire area is facing the same issue.

Secondly, could you furnish us with the connector type for your modem? If you are unsure, do attach a picture for us to determine the type.

Hi there

Have you tried locking your connection to 3G only through the router itself ?

There is no information on the website in regards to the connector type.

You could contact D-Link or your supplier and get back to us so that we can determine if we have its connector in stock or if we have to order.

Was choosing between
15dBi Panel RP-SMA-male Antenna,
10dBi Omni TS9 Antenna and
12dBi Yagi N-female Antenna
May I know which have the best reception and whats the difference in their application?
*
Hi there

Panel and Yagi Antennas are mono-directional, which maximizes transmission distances.
Commonly used outdoor for direction finding, remote communication.
It is used to point at the nearest cell tower if your entire area is affected by low or poor reception/signal.
This will improve speed, reception, signal and stability.

Omni Antenna is multi-directional with 360 ° radiation.
Being multi-directional, it is also suitable for use as a repeater or for a network base station too.
Commonly used for covering range in near distance.
It is also used to prevent blockages where your area is with good coverage but due to blockage you're facing low signal or reception.

Hi again

Unfortunately you can only get SMA antennas for increasing your WiFi range.

Should be operating on 2.4GHz. Unfortunately our units are for 2G and 3G frequencies.
