It will be

RM120 for the 15dBi Panel atenna
RM 20 for the TS9 connector (suitable for Huawei E398)
RM 15 for PosLaju to East Malaysia

Total RM155.

Believe that ZTE MF600 is equipped with SMA-male external antenna slot.

To reconfirm that, could you send us a photo to reconfirm at support@andrewsestore.com ?

OMNI 10dBi antenna is RM100
Yagi 12dBi antenna is RM100
Panel 15dBi antenna is RM120
