Attached to a device that is equipped with external antenna slots with the correct connector.
Internal antenna will/must be disabled and usually signal, reception or speed improvement is achieved according to the network infrastructure at a given area.

Hi Andrew,

I bought this from your store:

http://andrewsestore.com/store/35dbi-omni-...le-antenna.html

Just wondering, which cable do I use to extend the cable length? Am planning to put it in a higher place at my house. Does it have any length limitation?

Thanks.

Hi there

The antenna is already equipped with the optimised cable length.

Extending the cable will result in loss of signal/speed/reception.

Thank you smile.gif

Compatible with all our antennas as per http://andrewsestore.com/store/accessories...al-antenna.html

Yes, you'll need SMA-female to TS9 connector(s) depending on the antenna that you prefer.

Thanks

Should be able to support if your TP-Link unit's external antenna slots are SMA-female.

We are unable to confirm that as per our self explanatory clause below should clarify that:

"It is important to note, that the signal strength is down to the network providing your service,
and that in areas of poor coverage attaching an external antenna may not give any noticeable
improvement in signal reception."

Therefore, you can drop by our office to test prior to purchase.

Hi

You can find all our 4G antennas at http://andrewsestore.com/store/accessories...al-antenna.html

If you want something for mobility, can opt for a pair of our 5dBi antennas.

However, for permanent placement, you can opt either 35 or 49dBi.

Thank you

Hi Andrew,

For this model B310, it keep asking to update. Can I update to the latest firmware? It was firmware version 21.311.03.00.33 when I bought from your store.

Thanks.

Hi there

We also have 49dBi.

All our 4G antennas can be found at http://andrewsestore.com/store/accessories...al-antenna.html

Yes, able to install outside but do consider the cable length if it is sufficient for your placement or otherwise.
