oh i see ..i never try Google+ yet lol  biggrin.gif

last night AOKP 15 is out ..anyway how to restore Apps/Settings using Nandroid after finished clean wipe and flashing new ROM? my TitaniumBackup only restore Apps but not settings, and the apps scattered all around, or TB actually working that way? please advise.
*
Nandroid restore the whole ROM, when you restore, you restore the whole ROM.

TB is for apps and apps data.

if you're flashing to a new line of ROMs, e.g ARHD to AOKP you can't restore you settings data, as this will mess up the ROM. otherwise you won't have to wipe in the first place. smile.gif

thanks for the info  icon_rolleyes.gif so you mean if i flashed from AOKP14 to AOKP15, all the apps and settings should be on place like before? in this should i clean wipe or not?
*
it depends on the ROM update, most of the time you don't have to wipe if you're flashing one update, but there are times where the update is big, the developer will specify that you to wipe first before flashing.

Either way, wipe or no wipe, its best to backup first, nandroid or TB, every time you want to flash a new ROM update. Unless of course if you don't mind losing all the data, then don't backup tongue.gif

Haha no la ICS is super cool. Just that the sync thingy gives me quite a problem. I tried factory reset, login to Google Account then straight away unsync Google Photos but the phone is damn fast at syncing. I only managed to block few albums from syncing. They should make it an option first baru sync but oh well. I'll just live with this tongue.gif
*
there are ways to delete the synced photos if you want to, just google it smile.gif

My XO skin have arrived! I shall give a short review after i have applied it
*
make sure to remove your battery when applying, and leave it for a day or two for it to dry and the bubbles to dissappear.

They are the same I think, at least they function the same

me 2..i am interest with macro and wide angle..other type is not so useful to me.. both for abt rm100 tongue.gif

*
nope, they come together meaning both for the price of one, because wide angle actually needs the macro lens to work.
At least that's what it is from the official site. nod.gif

yeah, maybe this one similar to the photojojo selling. Some more it is much cheaper.. tongue.gif
*
hmm, I thought they are the ones Photojojo are selling, didn't think of them as different lens hmm.gif
you sure they are different item?

I guess its still best to get it from Photojojo then? I wouldn't want to end up with a "fake" one.

Actually i'm planning to get one,but battery life is the issue im concerning bout..
Mind to share?
*
do a quick search on battery, either on this thread or V2 thread. smile.gif

12~20+ hours easily.

QUOTE(AlphaBeta @ Jan 10 2012, 11:32 PM)
I thought loading franco kernal was like giving u an option to change the clock frequency and voltage of the CPU/GPU. But after flashing franco kernel, I didn't. see i have any options to tweak it.

Added on January 10, 2012, 11:34 pm
That is what i think now too.
*
we don't have to tweak the voltage settings if using franco kernel, as he has already done that. Just flash and use it. If you want to control the CPU speed, just use SetCPU. At least that's how I use it. smile.gif

Color+ is just because he tweaked the color settings to make white to be more white, and it shows I think (or was it placebo? haha).

Do I need to do a factory reset to switch from ARHD to AOKP+franco kernel ???
*
its a must. Even from 4.0.3 to another 4.0.3 ROM you have to do a clean wipe.

The Beauty of Organic Curves, something about the Galaxy Nexus icon_idea.gif

QUOTE
Samsung Galaxy Nexus designers TaeJoong Kim  and GiYoung Lee claimed " The inspiration for the Nexus came from an image of a magnolia petal floating in midair.  The goal was to capture the delicate beauty of the curve of a magnolia petal as it falls to the ground."

Yes, there will be ton of customization, even now AOKP that is developed based on CM9 already has plenty of customization, CM9 isn't even beta state yet.

QUOTE(gurpreetsingh @ Jan 12 2012, 03:47 PM)
what is CM9 and 7?
*
