Official leaked ROM is out what. 4.0.3 lagi!

Good thing about TouchWiz (or maybe some other launcher) as opposed to GNex's launcher (Trebuchet?) is that Trebuchet can't add shortcut icon onto the homescreen. 1 that I use commonly is the battery usage graphs, wifi settings, bluetooth settings. These are all hidden under 1 Setting app and Trebuchet only allows putting app icon onto homescreen.

My CM9 has face unlock working perfectly.

I have a weird situation here. My phone could not connect to my college wifi, but my friends ipod touch and another friends GS1 could connect. I tried my account on their devices and can login. But their account on mine also cannot login.

The wifi was 802-11-EAP. Must enter username and password to connect to the router.

Then I flashed the CM9 and tried today, and it worked fine. No idea what is wrong with my CheckROM. I already tried switching from NEAK to the stock CF-KK5, but still cannot connect.

So now I am stuck with CM9 if I want internet in college. So messed up. Can't wait until the HW codecs are fixed up in CM9

Try Siyah. NEAK uses some code from Siyah that has incomplete wifi drivers (I think).

If use stock cf kernel also cannot then definitely something wrong with the rom or some app buat kacau.

I might be a lil bit confious in XDA forums,in galaxy s thread they have the list of Cooked ROM for download and discussion thread but in Galaxy s2 thread i cant find the list,can some of your guys give a link to official MIUI thread+download and instruction and CM9.

Yeah, that is what I think too. But too lazy to start over in GB. with CheckROM is updated to KL1. I restored all my apps in my CM9 and still can connect. And my house wifi and Tropicana all can work fine. My house uses WPA-2

It could be due to the ROM if the ROM has a patched wpa_supplicant. The wpa_supplicant lists network that it can connect to (and due to it barring adhoc networks, some ROM makers change it to some file they found on the XDA thread that might not have some wifi configurations).

I'm on Turkbey v30.3 with siyah 2.6.7 (full wipe).

The thing is I notice there is a lot of scripts in my init.d.

Is it safe to delete them or should i just flash Thunderbolt using CWM and no need to mess with the init.d scripts?

Well i deleted everything and just use Thunderbolt. But if you want to be more safe, show pikachu the scripts and let him advise you.

Now CM9 still not stable on SGS2 right? =)

Stable, only some features not working, and sucks juice like usual.

Yup, wait until all settings options being ported from CM7 to CM9.

until samsung don't release kernel source from ICS, the development for cm9 will be stuck and the dev have a hard time to solve the bug on cm9. hope samsung can release it soon
