When i read back, i did not see the screen shots that have same as mine but i believe the same thing.

But then i have one queries, the file of the efs. I have several file;
1. EFS_Backup folder then in there have efs_23Oct2011-1437.tar.gz
2. efsbackup.tar.gz
3. efsdev-mmcblk0p1.img.gz
4. efsdev-mmcblk0p1.img
5. efs.autobackup.img

I believe that i am missing something on this.

that cm setting just only have few setting, it was built by other dev not cyanogen team. i also don't use this apps

i copy to my laptop all the time and no problem to copy back to phone and restore..only left 1-2 latest nandroid inside phone..

So did u use the settings given by that dev in that cm9 settings? also, any idea how to uninstall it?

just go to TB and uninstall it through there, i don't use the setting given by dev for cm setting but other setting i follow the tips to save my battery.

Restarted / Rebooted more than 10 times already...but still "SD Blank or ...." TQ...Please advice...

turn off phone, take out battery, remove sd card, wipe a bit, blow at the sdcard slot, den slot in again, put in battery, power on and wait 5 minutes for media scanning to complete. btw urs is G set or non-G set?

no choice..need to reformat your sd card...as you said even using card reader also cannot read and request to format right?..so nothing to do with your phone..i last time ever encounter this problem and format my sd card..and always remember to backup your sd card data inside your laptop..

Used few different type of card reader to read my mico sd at pc and laptop too, but pop-up "format"... so if i format it then all my apps installed early to be reinstall once again? what about papago all my map is gone?

download and install recuva then try to recover whatever data you can from your microSD

yes all your data is gone
may be you can try some of the recovery software available
you may be able to retrieve but not 100%
