Specs/What i want in the phone : 4 inch or abit smaller screen, good ram, Good speakers, good camera, Not laggy and doesn't stutters, Fast browsing ( EDGE and etc)

This will be my first android phone if i actually buy one. It will break my heart if the first android phone disappoints me. . I have no idea what is AP, SME and those short forms. So if you are kind enough, do explain to me .

Thanks for the recommendation. What if i cancel out the Good Speakers. I prefer a large screen over phones that plays good quality music.

Thanks for recommendation. Will be looking out for these phones. My friend recommended me Nexus S. The samsung I9250 if i remembered correctly. Is 1k enough for that phone?
