Ermm, all 3 second hand right? Since new 1 isn't within your budget. Also, u plan to use for long term or short term?

If short term, 3Gs cuz it has the best resale value. If long term, lumia 710 is overall better but currently lack of apps. Also, I think even 2nd hand isn't within your budget. So I guess it's xperia ray for long term.

Also, do check out video reviews as these 3 are running on different OS.

That's the best. Other alternatives would be Motorola RAZR, samsung galaxy s2 non-G (AP set) and HTC sensation XE. If can wait then wait for HTC one X or Huawei ascend D quad around April/May.

Neo V is not bad also, can go for it .

Now is Sony xperia S. But in a short time (30th march maybe?) HTC one X will be the best, maybe Huawei ascend D quad also.

Since you're a gamer, better get dual core ones to be safe. Motorola atrix / atrix 2, HTC evo 3D and LG optimus 2x <only if u flash to a custom ROM(might void warranty) cuz its stock ROM is buggy)> are your choices. Also can wait for Sony xperia U.

Edit: Uh sorry sorry, I forgot about SE xperia play. Play station certified although running on single core .

Edit again: Sorry I forgot to tell u that optimus 2x got poor battery life(if I'm not mistaken). U can get a spare batt/extension to solve this though.

Huawei honor then, but single core. Galaxy W's battery life is still alright actually. Uh I forgot to tell u that optimus 2x got poor battery life (if I'm not mistaken), u can get a spare battery/extension to solve this though.

No major problems as far as I know.

XE? Around 16xx for ori set, AP maybe 1.4/1.5k.
Other alternatives are Samsung galaxy s2 / galaxy nexus (both AP set) which are better.

HTC one X is coming out even earlier than S3

Galaxy W is definately better than ace plus. But just go for wat she likes la, as long as she's happy .
Those crash/random reboots might happen after some time, maybe just once awhile.

SE xperia arc / neo / pro / ray. But for the hardware buttons, u check yea...cuz I'm not sure...really sorry...

If I'm not mistaken, Motorola phones still have a locked bootloader so it would be harder to mod it. I suggest HTC sensation / evo 3D .

Just slightly above atrix 2 ler, if not then evo 3D...around same price as atrix 2 if I'm not mistaken.

Sensation - Around 1.5k ori, 1.3k AP.
Evo 3D - Around 1.3-1.4k ori, 1.2k AP(I think)

It's not bad at all, just that u might get bored with the 3D effect but it's still a good phone + pretty good price even without the 3D so just treat the 3D effect as a bonus .

Between those I suggest galaxy nexus AP set, if must be ori then XE.

1.3k AP set.

At your budget I suggest Motorola atrix (might get ICS a lil late, Q3 maybe..not sure) or wait for Sony xperia U / Samsung galaxy ace 2.
