May I ask why S III over Note? Currently deciding between both as well.

They are way better than samsung galaxy ace / mini 2 /galaxy y

For your information all android phone with android 2.1 eclair and above support skype / viber / tango / whatapps / line

budget: RM1300 below
others: no hang, no lag, good battery life, mostly use to on9, read books etc

Motorola Razr vs Galaxy S2 G.  Which better?  Both limited dev community.  Around same price.  I don't mind Razr's need for micro SIM and un-removable battery.
