420K for an apartment? This price is very high... During the launch of ZR and KR1 a years plus ago, your price is more than enough to get a unit there... I think still left 20K and enough $$ to pay for the MOT..

Now, ZR and KR1 selling for abv RM 450 psf ( ZR small unit @ 1000sf RM 500 psf after discount) However, rather get new than old apartment.

Hmm, in BJ enclave, most of the new launches are medium high end and above. Only KR1 and KR2 were Leasehold due to Proprietor was Government and ZR, The Rainz, The Treez, KM1 and Twin Arkz were all Freehold lands.

old lifts .. old design .. flat design. and psf is not cheap. think ppl buying for its location. property itself not worth it.
giving me the old hdb flat feeling...
