Hi,

I was surveying around Kinrara and bulit jalil to buy my first property. Then i came across Anjung Hijau/Greenfiled, Bukit Jalil. The environment there really look nice to me...

Been searching all over the web to get more info regarding the apartment, but no luck at all. sad.gif

Anyone out there knows or could provide more info on Anjung Hijau will be great!

- What is the year built?
- Who is the developer?
- How's the management?
- Any parking problem?
- How's the security? (break-in, robbery, car stolen, etc....)
- Good for investment?
- etc.....

Thanks in advance!!!

1. there have 4 blocks, the final block D was VP on year 2006
2. Berjaya is the developer
3. Maintenance fees is cheap as there have no facilities, management ok ok, not super good and not super bad.
4. 1 car park provided
5. Security also ok ok, not super good and not super bad.
6. a sub-sales unit for investment!!! also depends on Ho Hup to develop the hugh land behind the park, but the company is still ding dong ding dong with the legal issue etc.....waiting for them to start work are similar for waiting a turtle to walk from bukit jalil to KLCC

sorry for the broken english, hope you can understand. rclxms.gif

I think at RM150 per month.
Try to take a look at the notice board at lift lobby.
You will find latest offer.

Yes, the previous MC was very arrogant and think they can do whatever they want.

The court has kicked out the previous arrogant MC.

Hi people,

I am looking at my first home and I am searching around in lowyat forum till I found Anjung Hijau which I went for a drive yesterday at Bukit Jalil.

First of all I would like to ask from any owner or ppl here for your kind feedback on this household.
-Is Anjung Hijau a Condo or Apartment? I saw some ppl post on net as apartment , some say condo @.@
-Is there any swimming pool, gym, BBQ area etc?
-How much is the maintenance fees per month?
-how is the security? Is there any break-in or robbery happens there?

THis will be for own staying and not for invesment purpose and I really look forwards for any feedback.

Thanks in advance. smile.gif

It is an apartment not condo.

No swim pool, no gym, bbq maybe

maintenance 11 cents per sq ft but sinking fund is expensive 3 cent per sq ft

security not good and not bad.

Thanks for ur reply bro.

RM 1,600 rental is quite decent but not sure whether able to pull onto longer run due to number of new condos available in BJ in 2-3 years time, it was approx 4% yield if to enter now.

Difficult to find apartment in greenfields.

My friend looking for one but nobody selling.

Price is around 400 k - 420 k for 2 bedroom, 450 k for 3 bedroom.

Over RM 420k is quite hard to swallow for Anjung Hijau, it's not cheap but based on the info that nobody selling, that is the case of higher asking price.
