Locked to indo telco?

Buy an unlock code off DC-UNLOCKER
*
I googled a bit, there are few models for the E5776.

E5776s-32: FDD800/900/1800/2100/2600MHz

E5776s-601: FDD 1800/2600MHz,TDD 2300

E5776s-860: FDD2600MHz TDD2300/2600MHz

E5776s-922: FDD 1800/2600MHz,TDD

The one that works in MY should be "E5776s-32"?

Any how much is the unlock code from DC-UNLOCKER? Once unlock, it will be permenant right? Still can upgrade the firmware?

Is it unlock so I can use Maxis/Celcom plan in it? Or will need to unlock it myself?

I see, thanks for your reply.

Anyone sign-up for the uMobile broadband for the free mifi modem before?
Upfront is RM150 without contract, will they refund some of it if I cancel the next month? Not sure umobile coverage within my area is good or not..
