QUOTE(ccschua @ Jan 5 2014, 09:23 PM) I flash to DDWRT latest version.
after that I cant login to 192.168.1.1
I tried to hard reset it.
still cant login.
can I bring it to service centre (where ??) to reset to factory mode that can accept unifi.
mine is version 1.4 Have you tried 192.168. 11.1? TP-Link service center is in Lowyat. If your router is indeed bricked while flashing to DD-WRT, service center will deny any RMA/repairs request. This guy can help you fix your router. He revived my brother's bricked WR1043ND for only RM30. Link: https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1498281This post has been edited by sHawTY: Jan 6 2014, 06:04 AM

ccschua did you manage to login to the DD-WRT webui using 192.168. 11.1? If you do, do let me know if you are able to connect to UNiFi. I've been trying to connect to UNiFi using DD-WRT but still fail. Asked in the DD-WRT main thread, but no one replies. Right now using OpenWrt Attitude Adjustment 12.09 Final. QUOTE(gyver @ Jan 14 2014, 09:52 PM) That is because DD-WRT has gone commercial. Help cost money. Try OpenWRT I asked in this forum bro, no one replied. https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/722937/+588QUOTE(Quanta @ Jan 14 2014, 10:11 PM) how's OpenWrt Attitude Adjustment? I am still with BackFire It works fine on my WR1043ND v1.10. Not sure about other version though. This post has been edited by sHawTY: Jan 15 2014, 02:50 AM

QUOTE(Quanta @ Jan 15 2014, 08:25 AM) And does it work ok with Unifi? Please let me know since I am on Backfire for quite some time Yes. Using it with VIP10. Both UniFi & HyppTV works fine. PS: Using Attitude Adjustment 12.09 Final by the way. This post has been edited by sHawTY: Jan 15 2014, 08:57 AM

QUOTE(ccschua @ Jan 14 2014, 09:12 PM) thank god. 192.168.11.1 works. now i reset it back to 192.168.1.1
now in order to login unifi, why I dont see the unifi username and password login.
BTW I forgot unifi username and password, how can I retrieve it ? I haven't had any successful UniFi connection with DD-WRT. Works fine on OpenWrt though. You have to call UniFi helpline (1-300-88-1221) to get your username & password.

QUOTE(ccschua @ Jan 19 2014, 09:21 AM) actually wireless router has no UNIFI username password. it is just plug and play, right ? Half true. If you connect the WR1043ND directly into the BTU, yes you need the UniFi username & password to connect to the internet. If you connect the WR1043ND into the DIR-615/L7-N-R2000 router, then you don't need the UniFi username & password to connect to the internet.
