supposedly it is with some minor tweak as most of the engine parts i can use... even the aircond compressor itself was can be fitted. now the problem is the power steering since my pomen scratching his head how to tap the wirings for the power steering to actually work...

oh and as for me a couple of mods that i need to do since my kancil was standard habis last time. changing to L5 brake disc and also 13" L5 sports rim to compliment the brake disc (since last time im using the rim besi one....)

oh.. minor mods there are the wheels there.. was thinking to look for 1.0 turbo engine to PnP into my kancil...

1.0 turbo? kalau ade pon sy nak gak bro. but i dont think there's one. if 1.0 usually got N.A only. unless u are crazy enough to put k3vet (1.3 turbo) on ur kancil (which also have been done but prepare for some major cash flow). unless u install turbo kit.. thats another story to be told...

oh btw, 660 turbo should be more than sufficient enough for speed hungry person like me since ive test the engine and it can go 140km/j++ without any problem. only the my kancil cannot handle the full power of the engine since i feel very wobbly after more than 140km/j++ and my balls at that point were already feels like its on my forehead...

my mom want me to repaint our whole kancil body. how much its gonna cost ?

also suggest me good workshop for body paint in gombak area.

660 version year 2001.

hehehe im using JB DET. but if u want to transplant engine only be prepare a bit more and do it at the workshop that have experience doing the JB DET transplant.

drive shaft, if u want to use manual u have to find manual gearbox (i suggest L5 LSD gearbox... damn keng i tell u) not sure about mountings but i do believe u have to modify a bit...., L5 disc brake, front absorber and spring are advisable to be changed because JB DET engine is freaking heavy (900kg if im not mistaken), gearbox oil, engine oil, beltings and other stuff that cannot be forseen lol...

the engine itself is okla for the price range (rm2k-2.5k)minus the labor. spare around rm4k just to be on the safe side...

Ohh ohh.. Then.. Have to sit down lim teh with tauke halfcut.. L5 halfcut normally comes with abs, disc brake n gearbox aight..?

Someone from kcarlife suggest to me to get L9 halfcut instead of L5 because it's quite cheap,,,,around 2.5K,,,,

l9 halfcut is either ef-det (3piston) or jb-det (4piston)... but u can only use the engine and wiring... interior wise, dashboard cannot use...
a few days back i saw 1 bro bought ef-det from l9 around 1.7-1.8k just for the everything in the engine bay minus the dashboard and fuel tank...

He told me 4 piston,,,is it expensive?i dont mind about the dashboard since already have an L5 one,,,but can i still use my ori fuel tank,

L9 (JB DET) is actually almost the same as L5 (JB JL) but different technology since JB DET is an upgrade to JB JL
im talking about 4 piston here since budakhops explanation is true also.
