7 months after changing my drive shaft at Perodua it started to make noise when i turn. sadly Perodua only set a 6 month warranty for that. should i complain to Perodua or just go to normal bengkel to change it? how much usually? thanks

my slk when masuk gear 1,then jalan kot bunyi krek krek,sounds like driveshaft problem,but when turn left/right,got no sound.when go straight only.need help guys

cold air intake just make u 'feel' like increase in acceleration.. haha.. better improve your car exhaust system or ignition system.. List of what you can do.

1) Change exhaust system (new set piping. no need to increase diameter and so on, stock is enough)
2) Install grounding cable (go to the accessories shop)
3) Change spark plug/ plug cable (NGK or aerospeed)
4) Decarbonize (use D'carbo. this is to remove all carbon inside the engine)
5) Use RON97 preferably shell (will not dissapoint u but will dissapoint ur pocket)
6) If after u done all the above and still not satisfy. change to turbo engine.. for sure u satisfy.

just feel like increase ny ah?....mine fuel injection engine auto transmission.....not plannig to upgrade others,,,,...was jus thinking about cold air intake only,..hmm

usually drive shaft will sound krek krek when make turning.. after several months the driveshaft will krek krek even u go straight. why not u test ur car make a u turn. if got sounds u must change the driveshaft before driving a car change to towing a car..

much cheaper if compared to last time i change at Perodua. 600 +

cold air intake does not effect much to the NA engine. that thing only suck ur fuel more and giving less performance. better u improve the combustion efficiency.

Added on July 9, 2012, 5:31 pmnormal workshop will use recond set of driveshaft, thats y its cheaper. but i dont mind if using recond driveshaft because it work likes original and still have warranty. kancil driveshaft normally easy to wear out, and if ur daily driving road is a windy road, its normal. what u can do is try to reduce speed when making corner, u turn and accelerate early to climb hill. this is based on my experience.

Both also wear n tear items... Might as well go for the cheaper one.. Usually got waranty..
