Still feel too big, screen below 5' is the sweet spot for phone like one x and s3:P

Yeah....mooded Rom dev currently compiling jb source from google...alpha jb for arc will available soon.Furthermore cyanogen stI'll supporting anzu for cm10

Yap, project butler is not just a name only,feel very smooth and battery usage also improved a lot..not sure about fps I never monitor it:P

If your phone still virgin on gingerbread just update using PC companion,check update...

one forumer had changed at service center before..

I'm using it rite now, very beautiful rom and fast too...if your boot loader still lock,download xperia cwm from market....your phone need root in order to install cwm....after installed the cwm reboot to recovery and can do all the reset,wipe and flashing.....

Did you able to unlock the boot loader yet.....if not pls follow this step first

Yes....you can backup previous rom n setting using cwm,for SMS you can get an apps from market to do backup..

what is bootloader

no need bootloader unlocked to root phone...

but bootloader unlocked able you to install custom kernel that more optimized for hi performance and battery saver....

3)what custom kernel you used?normally all custom kernel already cwm pre-installed

try this fix

if your bootloader unlocked already, just straight flash custom kernel and rom...all custom rom pre-rooted already..
go to xda forum and find se arc section..you will find a lot there..basically all the step almost same..

im using that before ...beautiful rom but over time will lags due to memory problem,need to restart after that..now im using miui i think the best aosp rom now

for the step

1)you need to flash the kernel, i assumed you a already familiar with flashtool ...download any kernel like arcs,arc knight or ktg..using flashtool flash using fastboot..

2)on your phone ,when you saw the led suddenly bright or phone vibrates press the volume down button to enter cwm...

3)make nandroid backup first before flashing or do factory wipe with cwm...put the downloaded rom in your sd card...
then follow the instruction in which rom you wanted to flash like, factory wipe,dalvic wipe or system wipe..

4)flash rom,reboot.
