Thank you. No rowing. Lol. Cos I hate rowing and the strain from the 2 lower back surgeries will always be there. Plus my 2 fractured wrists from my teen years. So at certain angles of benching, and rowing it hurts like f***. Actually I wanted to take off my shirt but then my training partner Lady Vanity is female and she was the only one available to help me take pics. So I had to do it at the gym area itself in a secluded corner.

It's the damn dips. It's a shoulder killer. I stopped at 4 plates. I will never go heavy again. My old mentor screwed up his rotator cuff on weighted dips 5 plates x 3. He can never incline bb bench press anymore for the rest of his life.

I was heaviest at 205lbs. But fat level was high. I lift more at this current weight but i can't seem to bench or deadlift heavier due to my smaller waist i think. Not sure.

Deadlift last done 3RM was 500 ish x 3 i think. Bench, highest i went to was 345 pounds x 5. I don't squat but i leg press, hack squat and all that. And yes i workout legs and i have decent leg development with striations on them too. Lol.
